The AKC® National Owner-Handled Series (NOHS) Finals Best in Show honors went to GCHG CH Wirewick Afterhours Feels Like A Regret BN RN JH FDC CGCA CGCU TKA ATT VHMA VSWB, a German Wirehaired Pointer known affectionately as “Greta” owned by R Wickes & M Hancock & A Chism & A Chism, handled by Alexis Chism and bred by Robert Wickes/Marion Hancock/Alexis Chism. The 2025 NOHS Finals Best in Show winner was crowned by Ms. Pluis Davern after intense canine competition at the AKC® National Championship Presented by Royal Canin on December 14th, 2025.
“Congratulations to this year’s AKC NOHS Finals Best in Show winner,” said Guy Fisher, Manager, Club Development. “The competition was fierce, and each exhibitor brought their best to the ring.”
The top ten owner-handled dogs (plus ties) in each breed from the 2025 qualifying period were invited to compete in the Finals, and the 808 competitors entered represented 207 different breeds/varieties.
