Welcome to the internet home of WestStar Rottweilers. Hello my name is Carol Bartolomucci & my husband is Frank, and we are Rottweiler breeders here in CA. We both fell in love with this breed in 1989 & started breeding in 1991 & started showing in 1994 in the German Style Show ring. We're located in beautiful Northern California in a small town called Biggs, CA (one hour north of Sacramento). Our goal here at WestStar Rottweilers, is to produce beautiful German Rottweilers with sound temperaments & correct conformation & breed type for the show ring, & also have the capability to be a working dog as well as being a loving loyal companion to his master. We enjoy our hobby as Rottweiler breeders & showing our dogs for fun. We're not the best out there & never said "we were", but we love what we have produced & enjoy making others happy with our puppies for them to enjoy in their lives. The number "1" reason & main goal for us breeding these "Intelligent Animals" like I stated before, is always for their "Sound Temperaments" & of course can't forget their Beauty & Loyalty towards their masters! We are members of the American Rottweiler Verein & the Nor-Cal Rottweiler Performance Club of Northern California. Occasionally we show at the International All Breed Canine Association of America. Our Rottweilers are all AKC Registered & OFA'd (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) Certified on their hips before we breed them, or stud them out to OFA'd Certified bitches of merit. All puppies & adults are well socialized. Puppies are handled daily so they will realize that human contact "Is Their Greatest Joy". We are a code of ethics breeder & our puppies are sold with a written contract & Health/Hip guarantee & all information on both sire and dam.
